This discussion will be an exploration of how to use herbal medicine and simple practices to help us to awaken, clear, and strengthen our chakras.
We'll start with a strong focus on the root chakra and go up from there, getting as far along the chakras as we can, depending on how the time goes and how many questions are asked.
Learning to support ourselves energetically is as important as learning how to care for ourselves physically.
And as always, herbs want to help!
